John did a great job walking us through his inspection process and his findings. He arrived on time, was professional and personable, and seemed to have a deep bench of knowledge as far as inspections are concerned. Would recommend to my friends and family!
We needed a thorough inspection on short notice, and John responded and added us quickly to his schedule. He took his time during the inspection and answered all of our questions. His report was very detailed with plenty of pictures that described the items needing attention. Luckily, John did not find foundational or structural issues with the house, and we are able to move forward with our purchase agreement. His pricing is also much better compared to others companies that I contacted.
