We are ABSOLUTELY satisfied with the work/inspection done by Pro-Certified Home Inspection (Trey Sturgis). He responded to our last minute request within a few minutes, coordinated with our agent and seller, inspected the home, and provided us a report all within 24 hours of contact. He identified several corrections / opportunities for improvement to the home. He thoroughly explained different components of our home making us feel confident and happy with the potential purchase.

I offer Military and First Responder Discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When requesting a home inspection, please include the year the house was built in the notes section so I can get you an accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a TREC Professional Home Inspector License. I am a board Certified Master Inspector and a Certified Residential Thermographer. I also hold a Wood Destroying Insect Inspector license with the Texas Department of Agriculture.
