Trey did an exceptional job! The inspection he did for my new home was impressively thorough! He caught a gas leak, other important concerns for me like roof damage amongst other maintenance concerns that I didnt even think to look at or even notice at first. Trey is the owner and answers all calls directly. Its so important being able to connect the person on the other line to a company, its more personable! I originally was shopping around and looking at a few other places and getting quotes, Treys knowledge and prices not to mention won me over! You just cant beat em! 10/10 recommend! You wont get someone more knowledgeable with so much experience under their belt!

We are ABSOLUTELY satisfied with the work/inspection done by Pro-Certified Home Inspection (Trey Sturgis). He responded to our last minute request within a few minutes, coordinated with our agent and seller, inspected the home, and provided us a report all within 24 hours of contact. Trey did a very thorough inspection at our new home. Report was sent the same day of the inspection. Trey gave us a detailed explanation on each item found. We are very pleased with the service, highly recommend!

Purchasing a first home is stressful, and I wanted someone that had my back. Trey was that person. Hes an amazing inspector. He was very thorough and I greatly appreciated his level of detail. He answered all my questions and gave me awesome tips to help me as well.If youre looking for an inspector who will miss no detail, Trey is your guy.
