Trey did an incredible job, identifying things that a regular inspector might miss. For instance, in a brand new house, he noticed an imperfect seal on one of the windows. People usually know that a window gets hazy once it’s sealed. Trey noticed this and the builder replaced the window. It was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had!
