Trey did an incredible job, identifying things that a regular inspector might miss. For instance, in a brand new house, he noticed an imperfect seal on one of the windows. People usually know that a window gets hazy once it’s sealed. Trey noticed this and the builder replaced the window. It was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had!

Great inspector! Fine eye for detail. I had hired him to inspect a newly built home in Roundrock, TX and he delivered. He thoroughly inspected every inch of the home and found many issues. From issues starting in the attic to nails missing their intended structure to blocked air ducts. He found many missing seals all over the property, damage on exterior window trim and minor damage on the roof. The list of Great work continues and I would absolutely hire Trey again!!

I hold a TREC Professional Home Inspector License #24302. I am a board Certified Master Inspector and a Certified Residential Thermographer. I also hold a Wood Destroying Insect Inspector license with the Texas Department of Agriculture. I also have the required training for sewer camera inspections as well.
