Nathan Rowell from Insight inspections worked with me and did the inspection on the house my wife and I were contemplating purchasing. Nathan was available and willing to work with my schedule from the very beginning. After he inspected the house, he gave me a walk-through to point out the things he found. He was very thorough and responsive. As first time buyers, we had many, many questions which he was able to answer each and every one of them. And because they work with up-to-date technology, he was able to email me the final, actual report only 2 hours after he left! Other companies I researched had a 48hr turn around! And Nathan made himself available to us for any questions we may have in the future. With the report, he even provided a list of prefered venders with whom they work and highly recommend in case repairs are needed in the house. Needless to say, I would recommend hiring Insight Inspections without even looking anywhere else. They are excellent in what they do and go above and beyond to make their customers feels satisfied.
