Our pricing is based on current market rates and is structured per project rather than per hour. The cost varies depending on the square footage of the property and any additional services requested that are not included in our standard packages. For first-time customers, we are pleased to offer a $50 discount as a welcome incentive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting in touch: Customers can reach us directly to speak with our Operations Manager or use our ************ to schedule their service. Initial consultation: During the call, we ask questions about the size of the home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the total square footage. This helps us provide an accurate and personalized quote. Scheduling: Once the quote is agreed upon, we book the service at a time that works best for the customer. Service execution: Our professional team performs the cleaning according to the customer’s requests and our high standards. Follow-up: After the service, we check in to ensure the customer is fully satisfied and address any questions or concerns.
