After a misunderstanding about the scheduling for the move out clean on my rental house, Ellie and her crew still came later on the day I had requested, and Ellie herself stayed until about 8:30 that night to finish the job after her employee had to leave. Ellie's attention to detail is incredible. She even went so far as to pull out the stove and clean the sides and the floor underneath. The windows and blinds were spotless as was everything else. My previous tenants had essentially left the house trashed, and you would never have known once Budaful Clean Homes was finished. Ellie was lovely to talk to and super friendly, and I have provided her info to my new tenants and will absolutely be using her company in the future for any cleaning needs.

Ellie showed up and really gave the place some shine! Booking the move-out clean was “no-fuss” and straightforward. Communication was on point. I was still finishing up our move so I wasn’t able to walk through with her. She sent videos and pictures though! It all looked so good! The apartment complex listed our unit within a week after we moved out. Definitely keeping Ellie on my clean team!
