I usually never write bad reviews, but I was completely disappointed with the cleaning service I received. We were having an open house for the sale of our house so we were wanting to have it professionally cleaned for obvious reasons. Cinthya was timely, punctual, very nice and responsive. However, there were so many items that we had to go back and clean ourselves after they left. The oven was my additional item on the list and they cleaned the top oven but not the bottom. The range was not even cleaned. The floors were not mopped or cleaned on the first floor, nothing was dusted on the first floor and our main bedroom upstairs was also not dusted. The main bathroom was cleaned and the shower was cleaned but the floor still had some mildew residue that was missed on the entry tile in the shower. Baseboards were also not cleaned. They were here for 3 hours and quite honestly the house didn’t even have that clean smell after a good house cleaning. I really am disappointed.
