We completely understand your concerns regarding the windows, baseboards, and other items you mentioned. At the same time, we'd like to provide some additional context about what happened during the service. When the appointment was booked, we were not informed that the home contained biohazard conditions, including human feces. Unfortunately, due to safety and insurance regulations, our cleaners are not permitted to clean or handle biohazard materials. We explained this during the appointment, as these situations require specialized cleaning services and fall outside the scope of our standard residential cleaning. Despite the unexpected conditions, our cleaner worked hard to clean the home to the best of her ability. She even scrubbed the toilet to remove as much surface buildup as was safely possible. However, any remaining biohazard material could not be cleaned due to our insurance and safety policies. We completely understand and respect your feedback, but we also hope this explanation provides some context regarding the circumstances our cleaner encountered during the service.
