- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We having a simple pricing matrix that takes in account all of the factors such as, size of home, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc. Our pricing is not the cheapest, nor is it the most expensive. Our aim is to give the absolute best service for the lowest cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first explain how our service works. We explain how we use a proven system to ensure a thorough and consistent cleaning every time. We then ask questions to discover if the customer has any specific preferences or priorities that they require from us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a professionally owned and managed company. The founders of the company are all college educated and highly experienced in the home service industry.
