- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always transparent and based on the size and condition of the home. We offer standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and full upholstery/carpet cleaning. There are no hidden fees — everything is discussed upfront. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings and for customers in Austin and surrounding areas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short message or call to understand the customer’s needs, the size of the home, and the condition. Then we recommend the best type of cleaning (standard, deep, move-out, upholstery, or carpet cleaning). On the day of service, we arrive on time, bring all supplies and eco-friendly products, walk through the home with the client if needed, and then focus on detailed, high-quality work. After the cleaning, we check that everything meets the client’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in deep cleaning techniques, sanitizing methods, eco-friendly product use, stain removal for upholstery and carpets, and move-in/move-out preparation. We stay updated on the best practices for safety, efficiency and high-quality home care.
