I requested quotes and provided a very specific list of things that needed to be cleaned. The rep from homeaglow.com assured me that my apartment would be cleaned thoroughly (deep clean) as we are moving out of our place and that everything requested would be addressed. Let's just say my apartment was not cleaned as we agreed and I did not receive my deposit back. They have taken no accountability and have put the blame on the cleaner they hired and told me to deal with her. Their customer service has been horrendous. I asked them to give me a call as it would be easier to discuss the mess via a phone call. They said they do not support calls even though the rep called me 5 times in a row to book the cleaning. Stay away from this company.
