I start by understanding the customer’s needs, either through a quick call or message. Then I provide an estimate based on the details shared. Once we agree on the scope, we schedule a convenient time. On the day of service, I arrive prepared, complete the cleaning thoroughly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
