- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
•Magic Helpers goes by cleaning market prices, however, we offer great recurrent service discounts and short term rental cleaning offers as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For us, our main priority is customer satisfaction and peace of mind. We do this by asking our customers, what are their cleaning needs. It's really important that we treat our customers as VIPs and not just another cleaning project, this is why we cater to all our customer's needs and cleaning preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were in the hotel cleaning business for more than 10 years. This is where we learned to do both- clean exceptionally well and give superb customer service!
