They did a really great job cleaning! The booking team just needs to do a better job communicating with the cleaners though bc they were waiting in front of my landlord’s empty house for a while, which is directly in front of mine, and what I provided instructions to avoid 🙈

Overall, Ceci’s did a great job with the big areas of the house for our move out cleaning. The bathroom, fridge and kitchen were great. I was disappointed with some of the finer details. They missed some windows and trim. We needed to do a vacuum of the edges after the left. And whatever cleaning spray they used on our metal banister rusted it.

We have had them come twice now and will continue to use them! They show up within the expected window or will let you know if they are running late which I appreciate. They are quick but thorough! I had one small spot I wanted cleaned better the first time they came and the second time they did an amazing job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Our rates are Hourly, $75 +tax for weekly service, $85 +tax for biweekly service and $95+tax for monthly services or Move out services. We send teams of 2 cleaners (Minimum 1 hour per cleaning) - There are not contracts. - There are no hidden fees
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would get basic information such as email address, phone number, and physical address so we can send you an estimate via email confirmation or text. Once you receive our estimate you can review and approve it. When we get your approval you will get an email confirmation with the date and time frame for your cleaning appointment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our Team members having being working together since 2006 in the hospitality industry, we decided to take a different route and created Ceci's Maids at Your Service on July 2014. We are new as a company in the market but we have an extensive background in the cleaning industry.
