- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set for 4 hrs max to complete job. If more time is needed rate of $25/hr is added. We do offer discounts for customers that schedule more than one cleaning or become a regular. Please be mindful when requesting times from professionals as we do get charged for every new lead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get basic information such as phone number, to send confirmation and keep in touch, also their physical address for their upcoming cleaning appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve worked in maintenance for over 10year, for different companies.
