My husband is a clean freak. I'm messy. We hired Yolanda and team for a deep cleaning to make the house sparkle. My husband said the house looked like it did the day we bought it. We sent them a second tip because he went on and on about how happy he is. They even made our doormat look brand new; I was about to throw it out. First time payment is for people who are wanting a recurring cleaning. This includes weekly biweekly and monthly cleaning. On your first visit we will do a deeply clean. Depending the recurring visit you want to receive you will receive a discount price. For all moving out customers for a one time visit, will receive a higher price this is for people that want to recover a deposit etc.
