Our prices are upfront and based on your home size and the type of clean. Recurring plans cost less per visit than a one-time clean: weekly saves the most, then every 2 weeks, then monthly. Deep cleans, move-outs and post-construction cleans are priced by home size, and extras like inside cabinets or laundry are listed separately. No hidden fees. The price we quote is the price you pay.
New recurring clients get the Fresh Start: your first visit is our full Deep Clean at your regular price (4-visit minimum).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Tell us your home size and what you need, and we'll send you an exact price.
2. We book a day and time that works for you and confirm it.
3. On the first visit we walk your home with you and set up your room-by-room checklist, so we know exactly how you like things done.
4. Every visit after that follows the same checklist, and every job is photo-checked.
5. If anything gets missed, tell us and we'll come back within 24 hours to make it right.

Every cleaner on our team is background-checked and trained on our room-by-room checklist. We're fully insured, and every job is photo-checked, so the standard stays the same no matter who is cleaning your home.
