Juanita and Marisol cleaned our house today and did an excellent job! From the beginning they were quick to respond to my messages and accommodated to my schedule. They also provided the most reasonable price quote. They arrived on time and Marisol did a walk through of the house with me asking what and how I wanted things done. They did a thorough cleaning job (even doing a second pass on their own on the hard wood floors to make sure they were spotless). They were very kind and patient working around my 3yr old that all she wanted to do was play around them. The house looks spotless and I’ve already booked them to work for us again! Thank you again Marisol and Juanita!!

The way we handle prices at Royal Cleaning Services ATX LLC is tailored to your specific need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet my clients and have them walk me through their homes and tell me exactly what they expect us to do. If there's services we don't provide I will let them know immediately that way there is no misunderstandings. We go over our New client welcome packet together. If the client decides to work with us we set up a day and time that best fits their schedule and we schedule our first visit and do the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
GED I worked cleaning buildings for a company for over 10yrs.
