- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all Depends on how big the house is. If you need deep clean or standar cleaning. Also if you need fridge, oven or windows clean. I don’t charge by hour I do one full price. If you hire me Weekly or by weekly we can agree on a better price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building trust is my main goal. I love to Communicate specially if it’s the first time we are meeting. I want the costumer to tell me exactly what needs to be done or what area they want me to focus the most that way there is no misunderstanding. The first time I clean I give out a higher price just because I don’t know how much work there is to do. If you hire me for every week or every 2 weeks even once a month we can negotiate a cheaper price for cleaning. I don’t charge by the hour.

GED I worked cleaning buildings for a company for over 10yrs.
