We hired them to install Christmas lights and we initially thought they did an acceptable job. But their customer service after is non existent. The guys who came out said their work is warranted for a year. Couple of the lights came off and when we reached out,there was no response.

I used Sindy House Cleaning for about a month. Our first cleaning she quoted me a price when she first arrived for my deep clean. The initial price was $380 but when she finished a few hours later, she then tried to charge me $520 because she said my house was really dirty. We settled on $420 as I said $520 was not reasonable. I also told her I would not do that again —the price is the price you quote at the start of the job. I did have her continue coming once a week to maintain the initial deep cleaning and she honored her price per week, which I appreciated. Week 2 of weekly cleaning she had last minute schedule changes. I remained flexible with changing my schedule to accommodate hers. Then came the additional requests for advances on cleaning payments. I declined to pay in advance. Been there before with contractors and got burned. After additional cancellations and then another request for payment advances, I canceled services with her after about a month of service. Cleaning each week was okay not great. For future clients, I think the feed back from many other reviews are consistent with my experience. Disappointing to say the least.
