Cleaning: I have previous experience being a small business owner of a cleaning service in Minnesota, and have a wide range of experience in the customer service field - 15 years. I take pride in my above average work ethic. I am punctual, communicative, detail-oriented, and committed to doing my best on every job, every day. I work with a checklist to ensure I get all areas and am happy to accommodate special requests. After I am done I do a walkthrough with you to make sure you are 100% happy and if you are not I am happy to go over whatever it is that you are not satisfied with. My business is insured which means that if anything happens to me or your home, both of us will be covered. Hiring me means that you are supporting a local woman-owned business. I am a queer woman so I know what it is like to experience the anxiety of inviting a professional into your life or your home which is why I am especially happy to serve LGBTQ or any other minority client. No matter who you are, you can rest easy knowing that I will respect you, your life, those important to you, and your home. Pet sitting: I really, really love animals. Growing up on a hobby farm, I have cared for and trained animals all my life, including dogs, cats, birds, rats, rabbits, horses, livestock and more. in high school, I was a member of the FFA (Future Farmers of America) where I specialized in equine science. I have a STEM degree with a minor in biology and have taken courses in zoology. I have always owned animals. I adore them; this passion drives my ability to deliver quality care to your pets.
