I will say overall they did a good job with communication and punctuality but definitely wouldn’t book again. I had to clean up things they didn’t thoroughly get to and maybe I’m particular but I have worked with professional cleaners before and they have left those areas in the bathroom in a better condition, especially with a deep clean. I will say the grout was beyond their control and I do understand that but there were areas I was able to take care of myself which is what I paid for so that defeated the purpose of getting outside help that I needed.

I booked a move out cleaning and it was quick but I noticed they didn’t pay much attention. They didn’t clean the oven. Sweep in the kitchen or wipe down appliances. So now, I have to go back and do it. They didn’t clean take everything off of my balcony though so that was nice. :)
