He did a good job overall. However, his initial time estimate was inaccurate, which was misleading. He estimated the task would take 5 hours, so I assumed it was complex and agreed to the rate he asked. In reality, the job took less than an hour. He never said whole 5 hours location to complete the job. Bits peaces. I realized and asked to cut down the cost of work what he has done. He did but he again added material cost on because I got quote from another vendor said material + work 150. Material initially he said he will bring it in his cost

You did not follow our agreement. I quoted a price to include my time and materials. This job took 7 hours of my time. I even gave you a discount because you cried about how low on money you were.
