I had a really positive experience with CertaPro Painters of Austin, TX from start to finish. The team was professional right from the initial estimate and took time to understand exactly what I wanted for my home. They helped me choose colors that matched the style of the house and explained the whole process clearly so I knew what to expect. During the project, the painters were punctual, respectful, and very careful with my furniture and flooring. They worked efficiently but still paid attention to the small details, especially around trims and corners. When everything was finished, the house looked completely refreshed and even better than I imagined.

I had a fabulous experience with this company. Nathan and Matt are both so great with coming out and doing the bid (2 houses) and our painters did a great job. They got it done really fast and I will absolutely hire them again for any painting projects.

As we prepared to have our older home (1949) ready to list, getting some drywall/ceiling cracks repaired was one of the more eye-catching fixes we needed. We also wanted all the walls and baseboards to be repainted w/ a different color, since it had been a while since being painted. I was hesitant to pull the trigger on the job, but went with CertaPro because they could do both drywall repair with texture matching AND painting, and they had the highest overall quality it seemed, from online reviews and ratings.I was very pleased with how the job turned out! The team worked quickly and steadily and finished the whole project in just barely over 2 days and they were very friendly and responsive when I had questions over text or phone, and you would not be able to tell there had been drywall repair where the cracks previously were. The paint job looks amazing, and I feel MUCH more positive about listing this spring compared to when we listed in the Fall (we got little interest, maybe due to market timing but also these improvements may help now!).I would definitely recommend CertaPro in Austin highly for any drywall repair or painting jobs, and I will go with them again if I ever need anything in these categories in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a custom quote for each job. We want to understand your vision for the project and we need to physically see the job to provide the most accurate price and gauge the scope of the work. Wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, etc. all play a role in the price. We will provide you with a free estimate upfront so there are no hidden fees or surprises. Payment is typically collected at the end of the project and after you've had a chance to inspect the work; we don't require any deposit. Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request
2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted
3. Listen to the customer's needs and expectations for the project
4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project
5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured
6. Embrace questions from customer
7. Leave a proposal with the customer
8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 - 2 weeks
