- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly jobs will be 2hour minimum. Jobs that won’t take hours to complete and are only few minutes and far distance away will be based on flat rates for individual job. My promise is to give you high quality service at a fair and reasonable price for everyone. 120$ hour 1man. $175hour 2men. Anything outside of city limits will be priced also accordingly. Outside the Austin area. We price hourly if jobs are a days worth of work. If job is 1 hour or so and involves transportation of few items will be priced with a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get the job request from you and i usually request detailed explanation of what needs to be done and brief pictures. Then we agree on a time and date and everything is smooth sailing from there. We are here to provide you excellent quality service you deserve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Moving and Junk hauling industry for 10 years. I did two years of college but knew that working with my hands and getting dirty everyday is what i liked. Since then, through trial and error I have developed my skills in perfecting a safe and quality service.
