They were very communicative and even contacted me about doing the work earlier which was great!! The lawn looks amazing and was well edged and even went above and beyond blowing leaves from my porch. Set up for biweekly happily.

Wow! I’m just blown away! Carlos and his worker did such an incredible job on our lawn. I mean like way above anything I am usually used to! These guys are absolutely the best! I’m still shocked on how much care and attention to detail they put into our front and back yard! Best guys in town. Will have them come back every two weeks!

I thought they were okay, but not great.
I think their work is fine but they don't seem to understand that listening and collaborating are important parts of running any business (landscaping or otherwise).
First the good--our yard had overgrown and they did level everything. And, things seemed relatively tidy when they were done.
Now, the not-so-good--they decided to leave right after they thought they had finished the work. It would've been nice to wait for me to come out of the house and do a walkthrough. Seems like common sense to me.
They said they would come do the work on a particular day and then switched it to the next day without informing me. They could've communicated with me to let me know that they were not going to come because it rained.
They seemed to not care to message/talk me soon as they got paid. There was no attempt to try to understand what I was saying about my experience with them.
Overall, I think they are simply transacting. They are not building a relationship with their customers. It is unlikely that I will use them again. I wish them well.

They did a pretty good job but arrived after dark which is not the best time to mow a lawn as all the critters are falling asleep. He promised to come during day time next.
