Disappointed with lack of follow-through after acknowledged mistake I hired this company for routine landscaping, and they mistakenly removed a mix of ornamental grasses and Liriope that were clearly meant to stay. I caught the mistake the same day, and they acknowledged it immediately. Since I was about to travel and cold weather was setting in, we agreed to revisit a solution in the spring. I’ve followed up multiple times since then. Their initial proposal—to replace roughly 10 removed plants with just 3 unrelated shrubs—was not an appropriate fix. Though they continued to acknowledge my messages at first, they have now stopped responding entirely. Months later, the issue remains unresolved. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that admits to a mistake but doesn’t follow through on making it right. I would not recommend them.
