Introduction: I am a graduate of Lincoln Christian University with a B.A. in Human Services and soon to be a graduate of Liberty University with my M.A. in Counseling/Life Coaching. I moved to the Austin area in 2013 and made the area my home. I have over twenty years' experience working with clients in the jail and prison system and counseling in drug and alcohol issues. I also have experience in group and family counseling and one on one cognitive behavioral therapy.
I am a Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Community Coach, and Disaster Recovery Coach. I am passionate in helping all people discover their full potential in all areas of life. I have experience working with current military and veterans discover how they can transition out of the military, people who are caregivers for family or loved ones, and couples and family coaching. I look for opportunities to thrive, grow and make a difference in the people I work with and enjoy the path I am on.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?To be successful in coaching we recommend a minimum of 6 sessions to explore goals, dream building and visions for success. A typical session is $100 per session but our various packages give you the best value for your success. You can see all of our package deals on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My first 30 minute session is free. We explore goals and dreams that you would like to work toward. Great coaching comes from having great clients. Just like any winning team it takes the equation of a great team or player and a great coach to equal a success. I want to partner with clients who are looking to increase their potential in all areas of their life and join me to coach toward success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my undergraduate degree from Lincoln Christian University in Human Services with over 20 years experience working in the social work field. I obtained my Certified Drug and Alcohol Counseling certification in Illinois and worked with clients in areas of trauma, substance use and abuse, family and couples counseling, case management, and group work. I am finishing my Master's degree in Counseling/Life Coaching from Liberty University in December. I am a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Master Coach, and a Certified Disaster Recovery Coach. My background is working with individuals, couples and families with trauma, transition issues and couples and family communication and connections.
