- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick 30minute call to see if you and I are a good fit. We identify the length of the package to work together - I've had some clients as much as 6 months - most are 3 months.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors and masters degree in engineering, 20 years experience as a manager. I have been trained in public speaking through multiple Fortune 500 corporations, I have 10 years experience running public speaking clubs and 7 years teaching Effective Presentation Skills. My coaching training has been at one of the best ICF accredited Coaching schools. iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) features a comprehensive program considered to be the "Harvard" of coaching schools. We have 90 classroom hours, over 48 hours of peer coaching, weekly webinars for 9 months, mentor coaching (we coach a professional and are graded), a final exam, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been managing people for 20 years, and in doing so, I learned that I really love enabling powerful transformations. I love seeing people go from functional to extraordinary. I enjoy every moment of my coaching, I am never tired after speaking to clients because it is purpose. I energize people to live their best life by bringing clarity, action planning and accountability.
