I respond promptly and gather a few key details — year/make/model, symptoms, and your location. 2️⃣ Honest Estimate I provide a clear estimate upfront based on parts + labor. No surprises, no pressure — you approve everything before I schedule you. 3️⃣ On-Site Visit I come to your home, workplace, or wherever your vehicle is located. I show up on time, ready with the tools and parts needed for the job. 4️⃣ Diagnosis / Repair If it’s a repair job with known parts, I fix it on the spot. If it’s a diagnosis, I run full testing to pinpoint the issue before any repairs move forward. 5️⃣ Clear Communication I explain what I find in plain terms — no complicated shop talk — and answer any questions. Photos/video can be provided if helpful. 6️⃣ Quality Work I complete the repair with professional care and attention to detail. I treat every vehicle like it’s my own. 7️⃣ Payment & Peace of Mind Once the work is finished, you receive an invoice and warranty information. Payment is easy — cash, card, or digital options accepted.
