Extraordinarily positive experience. WrenchFX owner/founder, Kory, exemplifies professionalism, the kind of trusted auto mechanic we all need. Forget big box shops. It was super easy to schedule. We conferred about what parts we needed and I acquired them, met Kory at my daughter’s apartment parking lot. 2.5 hours later a repair that had been estimated by a big box repair shop to be $2300 was complete for $400 with parts and labor!!! I highly recommend Wrench FX for your car needs! I’m so happy I found them. Kory was amazing. He was professional, honest, delicate with my car, showed up as scheduled, and most importantly got the job done perfectly He replaced my door lock actuator on my 2015 Lexus RX350 This has been a major Pain to deal with. I tried a couple mechanics on Google that either flaked or were not professional in their communications. Even someone on thumbtack flaked out 2x. I’m so glad they did so I could work with someone I’ll be happy to continue business with In the future, I won’t hesitate to reach out to Kory and Wrench FX for my car and my fiancés. I had a turn signal bulb stop working. I tried to fix it myself but realized I needed professional help since it wasn't a regular bulb that could be changed easily. I then reached out to WrenchFX and set up an appointment. During the work, it was discovered it wasn't the light that was messed up but the wiring to it was tattered and damaged. Thankfully, the repair was able to be done to the wiring even though the work was pretty different and more difficult than my original request. I'm really thankful and glad to have had the services of WrenchFX and would use them again in the future if needed as well as recommend their services to anyone.
