- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a little chat and listen to the customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a former GeekSquad Advanced Repair Agent and Apple Genius. I've also worked for City College of San Francisco for 3 and a half years as an IT support technician. I'm also Apple Certified for both Mac and iOS.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Customers from all walks of life. I do also work occasionally with startups to set up their networks.
