- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?READ REVIEWS! Some of Austin largest moving companies have the worst customer satisfaction ratings! Yet their astronomical advertising budget ensures that customers still call them, without knowing what they are getting themselves into. Trust the recommendations of other customers, and pay attention to reviews on specific movers, you can request which movers be placed on your job! Secondly, ALWAYS ask what the additional fees are. Of course, at Big Easy's, we don't hide any fees from you or surprise you with an increased bill, but this is a common practice among the larger companies in Austin. You may think you're paying them a low hourly rate, until the end of the move and they charge you with $100 in fuel fees, $75 in stair fees, and the plethora of fees these companies have to nerve to throw onto the bill. We keep everything transparent, and there are never any surprise charges with us. Customers know how much they will be paying, and we stand behind our word. Always.
