- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sun-West Moving is new to Thumbtack platform, but we are not new to the moving industry. Our rate of 95.00 hour includes two professional Movers with a 2 hour minimum. Our hourly rate matches the knowledge and experience we provide our customers in the moving industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sun-west Moving will contact our customer to gather any additional information needed to make sure we arrive with the right tools and equipment to ensure your move goes smooth and stress free. When we arrive, we will do a walk through with our customer to get familiar with their home and items to be moved. Once finished we start the time and get to moving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as a Mover for Uhaul Moversworld. I work my way up to dispatcher from there to assistant manager. I became the manager and managed and served our customers moving needs nationwide before Uhaul Moversworld closed their offices nationwide in the late 80's I started Sun-West moving shortly after.
