I went with Flex to move recently, and the guys that came to help were great, but they did break a ceiling fan in the process. They let me know and apologized and said theyd be in touch to fix it. These things happen, and I figured it would be simple enough to remedy. Not a big deal. Tipped the guys 20% and went about my day.The movers ended up not getting back in touch about the repair, so I filed a claim. The claims department offered me $128 to buy a replacement fan. When I asked about the cost to install it, they said theyd consider paying for the install labor. I got a quote of $130 to install a fan and let the claims department know, and they took quite a while to get back to me which was frustrating. They eventually got back to me, and resolved all the issues.
