- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a 2 hour minimum but not always. If its just me with my truck, trailer, blankets, dollies etc, It's 100 per hour with a small trip charge (20 to 60).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with them about some basic info, parts of town for the pick up and drop off and give them an estimate. If they decide to use me for their job, we schedule it and I contact them the day of before I head their way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've ben a mover since 1994.
