I have called Joseph several times over the years to solve various issues with my computers. He is very prompt in coming to my aid. We always discuss the problem and If it can be solved remotely he does so immediately. If he needs to come to my home he is very quick to get there. When he completes the work my problems have been resolved, I trust Joseph. It doesn't matter if it has been months since I requested his help, he is prompt to reply and I appreciate his professional work ethic!
