- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on how complicated the diet plan is. The initial consultation is $120.00 for an initial 2 hours consult. A $60.00 advance Paypal deposit is required before meeting. If you cancel for any reason, I will keep your deposit. The balance will be due when we meet: cash, local check or Paypal payment. At this time, I do not accept credit cards. Thank you. Thereafter, I bill at $60.00/hour for nutritional services. For cooking, shopping, etc. rate is $50.00/hour with a minimum of 4 hours billed. Skype or telephone sessions are also available. Skype-coaching allows us to work together no matter where you live and saves you travel time and money. More customized services available on demand. Sincerely, Chef Alain Braux

Currently doing research on GMOs for my newest book: GMO 101.

I have been in this type of business for 40+ years. I know a thing or two about good food and nutrition :-)
