Amande et Olive did our event for 100 people. Oh my goodness everyone at the event said the food was AMAZING. The chicken and beef were so tender and the sauces were perfect. The truffle Mac and cheese was the best I've ever had. We highly recommend this caterer for any event you have. They also are really nice people who are easy to work with. Amande et Olive created a fabulous experience for us! Amanda and Olivier are lovely people and are extremely talented. They contacted us very promptly and kept us informed as they developed a custom dinner party for us. Our guests were blown away, not only by the food but by the sweet demeanor and wonderful personalities of the chefs. I went to culinary school in Paris with Amanda, and I have to say she cooks the best lamb dishes I've ever had. I've tried more than a few after we moved out of France, but nothing beats her cooking. We've worked very close in the pastry kitchen as well and she is able to deliver delicious and gorgeous looking desserts every single time. I am pretty sure that she and Oliver will provide excellent food as well as top notch catering services to their customers. I surely recommend them.Nov 14, 2016

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Le Cordon Bleu Paris Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts (focused on gluten/ dairy free). Internship at Joel Robuchon Paris.
