Xavier was AMAZING! He went above and beyond. We had a small 4 guest quarentine wedding dinner and he made it feel super special. We had great communication, he was very responsive and open since the event was a surprise, we talked about the menu, the day of the event and how everything was going to be that day. The day of the event, he took charge of everything, he did the table set up, some decoration, set up the cake and the food to surprise the new couple while we where at the ceremony. The food was beyond amazing! Full of flavor, just delicious! He cooked us a 4 course dinner, I can't tell you which was my favorite because everything was sooo good. All the courses were freshly cooked in front of us. It was a very happy and special night for the couple and it was all thanks to this great team. I HIGHLY recommend Fusion Chamber and we hope to have the opportunity to work again with him and his team.

Wow. I'm completely in awe with the experience Xavier gave to my wife and I for her birthday. In these crazy times, I wanted to give my wife an amazing culinary experience, so why not hire a personal chef? I was in constant contact with Xavier, regarding cleaning protocols and menu specifics. What we got was a custom menu that was beyond delicious! The pictures speak for themselves 😀

I hired Xavier as our personal chef for my boyfriend’s 35th surprise dinner and he was AMAZING. Though this was my first time hiring a chef he exactly what I hoped for. He was super nice, had great conversation, and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS. I will be hiring him again soon.

Chef Xavier and his team were exceptional! He asked the right questions in figuring out what were my husbands favorite foods and then designed a 4 course menu for the evening that was spot on! Our entire group is raving about how beautiful and delicious the meal was! We really enjoyed our time together and Chef Xavier was 5 Stars from start to finish. This team can handle any intimate get together you can dream of!
