Introduction: Hello Austin! I am excited and happy to be bringing Laura's Eclectic Dining to my own neighborhood! I have been a Chef here for over 18 years, and have had the pleasure of working in the finest kitchens, Jeffrey's and Mezzaluna, to name a couple. I have heard the outcry for excellent, diet restrictive food, and I am here to offer some of the best healthy and fresh dishes. We as a society have started to see how the food we eat is impacting our health and quality of life. We are now finding that the foods we used to eat are intolerant to our system, or some of us have a medical issue that requires a strict diet, perhaps you eat for your blood type, or maybe you just want to eat whole foods and don't have the time to cook them. I can help! My service includes offering a diet specific menu for you to choose from, then I go shop for the ingredients, come to your house and cook the menu items you chose, store the food, and then clean your kitchen! My kitchen is small and won’t accommodate any service there. I pour my heart and soul into each dish, and you can taste the difference and care that goes into it! I am more than willing to cook "comfort food" as well, it is the style on which my foundation for cooking was set. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
