(Read below) AUGUST AVAILABILITY FOR CLEANING: 7 / 9 / 10 / 27 / 28 •••CLEANING SERVICE••• After having worked for many well-known cleaning companies including both Residential and AirBnb, I’ve decided to finally start my own business here on Thumbtack! I’m a very meticulous cleaner and will treat your home with the same level of respect and professionalism I would expect for my own home! My regulars stick with me because they trust I will provide consistent quality service they can count on! Please read over my client reviews and check out the “before & after” photos of my work! :) I look forward to providing your clean! ✨ TERMS & CONDITIONS: The HOURLY RATE is $30 with a minimum of 4 hours. The STANDARD CLEAN includes light dusting, floors, and quick wipedown of all visible surfaces; more surface area is covered in less time. The DEEP CLEAN involves more scrubbing and detailed work, which requires more time. ADD ON SERVICES are an additional $20 each. Some clients prefer only Add On Services be performed, in which case it would be the usual $30 hourly rate for 4 hours minimum without the extra charge. Add On Services are suggested for the entire home; if you’re only looking for “spot treatments” that can be discussed as a possible discount or free updrade. $20 ADD-ONS: ~ Interior Oven ~ Interior Fridge ~ Interior Cabinets ~ Interior Trash Bins ~ Interior Dishwasher ~ Heavy Pet Hair Removal ~ Heavily Soiled Pet Stains ~ Air Vents: Floor, Wall, Ceiling ~ Baseboards / Doors / Doorframes ~ Grout Per Area: Shower, Floor, Etc. ~ Vacuum Couch / Under Coushions ~ Balcony / Patio: Dust, Sweep, Door ~ Heavily Soiled Stove Burners & Grills ~ Wall Scuffs / Outlets / Light Switches All cleaning supplies are provided EXCEPT LAUNDRY & DISH washing products. Yours will be used along with any other supplies of yours you prefer; cleaning solutions, rags, tools, etc. If you cannot provide a VACUUM, one will be provided; however, because ours are compact & portable, they are not the strongest. Separate rags, sponges, brushes are used for kitchen and bathroom to prevent cross-contamination. Cleaning tools are sanitized after each home with a bleach solution and rags are washed with hot water & laundry sanitizer. This drastically minimizes the spread of germs from one home to another. Please specify if you have NATURAL STONE or UNSEALED SURFACES: Floors, Counters, Showers, Backsplash, Etc. These require specific solutions. If you want cleaning behind / under HEAVY FURNITURE please have those moved before your scheduled service time. We operate with one cleaner per home; if you need help moving furniture let us know in advance. PET POLICY: Request that PETS be placed in separate areas from cleaning; this is mostly to ensure floors are dry and fumes have dissipated for pet’s safety. Pet safe floor cleaners are used; however the products state toxic if ingested and recommend floors be completely dry before pet exposure. •••PET SITTING SERVICE••• After having watched several of my regulars pets I’ve decided to go ahead and add Pet Sitting as another service! I can do drop-ins and overnight sitting, ideally Central to South Austin. I’m most comfortable with cats and small to medium size dogs. Please send me a message so we can further discuss what you and your pets needs are! :) •••ORGANIZING SERVICE••• Being the youngest of 5 siblings let’s just say a tidy home was a bit foreign. However, I had to have a refuge so my room was always spotless! Growing up I helped my mom a lot with containing the chaos, even though I was “the baby” my personality was then, and still is today naturally drawn to structure and order :) I simply function better in environments that are, well… functional! Every job I’ve worked I ended up in the position of managing by creating systems of efficiency. I simply can’t help but notice the areas that need attention and find solutions for those spaces! I know how much living in clutter can feel overwhelming and thus hold you back in life; you always feel like you just “Can’t get ahead of it” and thus it distracts from your real priorities and goals; such as simply being able to relax in a stress free home! :) First, I help you through the process of letting go of what no longer serves you, without any pressure to rid sentimental items. We divide everything into three catagories: Keep / Donate / Trash. Next, I help with finding a home for all your items in an easily accessible setup; you will know exactly where everything lives!
