I have a set hourly rate of $30 with a minimum of 4 hours and maximum of 6 hours. I do not charge extra for “Add-On” services. When I arrive at your home I focus on whatever areas and tasks you would like me to prioritize. I am a single business owner and do not have a team which keeps my prices low in comparison. My regulars stick with me because they trust I provide consistent quality service they can count on! :)
**CLEANING**
After having worked for many well-known cleaning companies including both Residential and AirBnb, I’ve decided to finally start my own business here on Thumbtack! I’m a very meticulous cleaner and will treat your home with the same level of respect and professionalism I would expect for my own home! Please read my terms below and if everything sounds good to you then please don’t hesitate to reach out! I look forward to scheduling your clean! :)
I provide all cleaning supplies except Laundry & Dish washing products, so I will be using yours along with any other supplies you prefer over my own. If you cannot provide a Vacuum I will use my own, however because it is compact & portable, it is not the strongest.
I use separate rags, sponges, brushes for kitchen and bath to prevent cross-contamination. I disinfect all cleaning tools after each home with a bleach solution and wash rags with laundry sanitizer. This drastically minimizes the spread of germs from one home to another.
*PET POLICY*
I ask that pets be placed in separate areas from where I’m cleaning; this is mostly to ensure floors are dry and fumes have dissipated for pet’s safety. I do use pet safe floor cleaners; however the products state toxic if ingested and recommends floors be completely dry before pet exposure.
**ORGANIZING**
Being the youngest of 5 siblings let’s just say a tidy home was a bit foreign. However, I had to have a refuge so my room was always spotless! Growing up I helped my mom a lot with containing the chaos, even though I was “the baby” my personality was then, and still is today naturally drawn to structure and order :)
I simply function better in environments that are, well… functional! Every job I’ve worked I ended up in the position of managing by creating systems of efficiency. I simply can’t help but notice the areas that need attention and find solutions for those spaces!
I know how much living in clutter can feel overwhelming and thus hold you back in life; you always feel like you just “Can’t get ahead of it” and thus it distracts from your real priorities and goals; such as simply being able to relax in a stress free home! :)
First, I help you through the process of letting go of what no longer serves you, without any pressure to rid sentimental items. We divide everything into three catagories: Keep / Donate / Trash. Next, I help with finding a home for all your items in an easily accessible setup; you will know exactly where everything lives! Last, I teach you self-proactive strategies to maintaining your new tidy home!
