Alfred is an overall great human, so having him as a trainer is an awesome experience. He cares about your physical goals and your mental health. Working with him means helping yourself to work on your own strength. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Down below is my pricing: - 80$/ single session with no commitment - 50$ is normal session/package pricing - 5% off for a 5 session package - 10% off for a 10 session package - 15% off for 20 and up Traveling fee's will be calculated based total time driving + cost for your session/package, ex: if it takes me 30 min to drive each direction, it will 1/2 your session cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will provide a FREE consultation for new clients which will include a physical assessment/health questionnaire/movement screening and Goal setting. During this time we will discuss your food/water intake, exercise history, injury's and overall expectations from me. Once you feel comfortable to move forward with me as your health & fitness coach, we will nail down pricing.
