Communication, response time, kindness, accountability, flexibility, understanding, detail, I can keep going. I’ve been burned by “Nutritionist/coaches” in the past but working with Beau so far has restored my faith and then some!! You’d be making a mistake if you didn’t choose to hire him. Prices are good and it’s not just another online coach, he somehow still makes it very personable and relatable! 10/10 recommend!! ✨

I have such an issue rating Beau as a personal trainer. He is a lifestyle health changer. I can't think of a term right now. When I think of a personal trainer, I think of the 50 minutes in a gym, some yelling in lieu of encouragement, maybe something condescending when you don't reach a goal. This is not Beau's method. Beau teaches life changes, from nutrition to exercise to overall mental well being. I did the 4 month program and although I failed at reaching some of my goals this was not because of Beau. I excelled in nutrition and learned so much but, exsercise I didn't complete as well as I thought I would. Again, this was all me, not Beau. Beau, has and will continue to be encouraging and helpful. He cares about long term life goals, not the pump you up method of personal training. I can't say enough good things about his program.

Beau is a great trainer for anyone looking to get in shape whether it’s losing weight or building muscle. I struggled for many years to get started with a proper workout routine. Beau builds a routine for you, shows you proper technique, and helps build good habits. I used his hybrid plan which includes both online workouts and meal planning. It was easy to follow and the meal plans were something I truly enjoyed. I struggled with nutrition a lot and having someone teach me the proper diet to go along with the workouts was extremely helpful. I think what makes Beau such a good trainer is his focus on your future. His goal is to give you all the knowledge and tools you need to be successful. Getting fit is a long term goal and Beau not only gets you a brilliant start, he will make sure you have the knowledge and ability to accomplish your fitness goals on your own after you finish his program.

Beau was Johnny on the spot in responding to my nutritionist needs, and I was on the phone structuring a potential meal/workout plan with him only a couple hours after my request. He obviously has done this a time or two and is very passionate about his work. He’s professional but also a nice fella to chat with too so it doesn’t feel like you’re talking with a scientist which is much more productive for me. Overall great experience.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The base price I list is for my "Small Group Sessions," which are 2-4 people and offer a cost-effective way to get personal training. Individual sessions are an option as well, a thought they're much more expensive. I offer packages that incentivize a commitment. The more commitment you make in yourself and me as your trainer, the more likely you are to get the results you want, and the less you pay per session.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The initial session is for gathering background information, talking about their goals, and outlining how we will get there. It also includes a workout to give the client an idea of what training with me entails. Once I get to know the client better and have a concept of their capabilities as well as their goals, I construct a periodized plan for them to see real changes. This plan includes progressing the workout intensity, frequency, and implementing diet changes to best-serve their needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I've been privileged to take classes from very well-respected Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition professors at UC Davis, received Nationally Accredited Certifications in training and advanced nutrition from ACTION, and have hands on experience training myself, collegiate athletes, and clients from a variety of backgrounds.
