FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a unique pricing structure that corresponds with my unique program structure. They're designed to be lifetime solutions and a one-time process for clients, so the price is framed that way. It's a set price for the entire process that's meant to cover you for the rest of your life. The cost to solve problems FOR GOOD is between $1,500-$3,000 depending on which package option is chosen. They vary based on the type of communication between us, which I will explain thoroughly on the call. I start clients off with very hands-on and intensive coaching, then slowly take things away over time as you become self-sufficient. By the end, you'll be a completely transformed person capable of continuing your success on your own long-term...which should be everyone's goal. If you break down any comparable monthly subscription model or in-person training, you'll end up paying much more than that before long, plus you'll need to continue on with them in order to maintain your results. The way to think about it is as follows: Is this price worth being fit for the rest of your life?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial session is for gathering background information, talking about their goals, and outlining how we will get there. I have them fill out intake forms so that I can properly customize your workout and meal plans. Once I get to know the client better and have a concept of their capabilities as well as their goals, I construct a periodized plan for them to see real changes. This plan includes progressing the workout intensity, frequency, and implementing diet changes to best-serve their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been privileged to take classes from very well-respected Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition professors at UC Davis, received Nationally Accredited Certifications in training and advanced nutrition from ACTION, and have hands on experience training myself, collegiate athletes, and clients from a variety of backgrounds.
