- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since 90% of your results come down to diet, all of my training packages come with a personalized diet designed with your goals and preferences in mind so we can make the most out of our time together. Session prices vary on number of times you'd like to meet per week and location (in-home or in the studio I train out of).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Health & Fitness from Purdue University
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with women who are working out for the first time every up to advanced athletes trying to take their body to the very next level. I have a broad range of experience with body types, fitness levels, and crazy scheduled so no matter where you’re starting or what you have time for, we will make it work.
