Introduction: I've been doing personal training full time for 7 years now. I trained for the University of Oklahoma for 3 years. I've taught all sorts of group fitess, Senior Strength, Crossfit, Bootcamp, Strength, Kickboxing and F45. Now I train in North Austin at a Studio Gym. I've trained all ages from 16 year olds all the way to 85. I've worked with tons clients of medical conditions, diabetes, COPD, herniated disks, arthritis. You name it I've probably already seen it.
I'm very easy going and not a drill sargeant. I'm a bit more expensive than most but because I'm more experienced, you get what you pay for. No commitment, just pay as you go.
