My pricing reflects a premium, personalized coaching service—not generic sessions. Rates vary based on frequency (2–4x/week clients get better value). All programs include structured progression, coaching, and accountability. No contracts required, but consistency is expected for results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation + movement assessment (mobility, strength, imbalances). Then I design a fully personalized program. Every session builds on the last with clear progression, coaching cues, and adjustments based on your performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m ISSA-certified and a Pain-Free Performance Specialist and others. My approach combines hypertrophy training, biomechanics, and injury-prevention strategies to deliver results safely and efficiently.
