I have personally worked in the pharmaceutical industry for the past seven years and have promoted a wide variety of products ranging from diabetic medications to cholesterol-lowering drugs, pain management and erectile dysfunction meds, and yes anti-obesity products as well. While they have their place and are at times necessary and essentially unavoidable given a particular patient’s physical condition, it is my strong contention that with proper exercise and a well advised nutritional program these medications can very well be avoided. As a personal witness to the effect a sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy diet can have on us as human beings, I decided to take a stand and consequently share my knowledge and passion for fitness, proper nutrition, and a healthier quality of life with others around me who are seeking guidance and just need that extra push to pursue their fitness and nutritional goals. I am currently working on my corrective exercise, weight loss specialist and fitness nutrition certifications in path to becoming a NASM Master Trainer. It is my firm belief that FitRegimen will not only serve its members as their source for motivation, fitness, and nutrition but that it will also be their guide and beacon toward an enhanced quality of life and vastly improved overall health. Once I set initial goals with my clients, I enjoying working with as a team to help them reach their health and fitness goals. I always tell my clients that your mind will quit before your body does. Take each workout and cardio session as small battles and overcome them. If it was easy everyone would look glorious and as they say, you can't achieve success with you hands in your pocket. We have to get comfortable being uncomfortable and training our weak areas. It is awesome so see clients push themselves and turn their weaknesses into strengths.There is nothing better than trusting the process and seeing your hard work pay off! Breaking through plateaus, pushing yourself to new limits and accomplishing your goals!

He is a very knowledgeable trainer, very straight up and hears what his clients have to say. I am a very stubborn person when it comes to fitness, but he understands and always gives different suggestions that can personally go with your lifestyle (vegetarian). Not only did I see changes but I learned a lot of little things that make a big difference, like wearing converse when squatting to trigger my glutes and not hurt my back! Each training session was challenging and exciting as each session was a mix of cardio, weight training, strength training, and boxing! He also accompanied me to Wholefoods and gave me tons of recipes and articles which kept me motivated all week. His apartment gym is amazing, fully equipped and clean. (:

Such a great trainer. I participated in one on one training in which I was taught work outs for inside and outside the gym. Super easy to talk to but tough one me when it came time to work out which is what I needed :) Too bad he moved away:(

Reggie is an excellent personal trainer. He trained me for about four months and I am happy to meet such a skillful trainer. In past, I have purchased gym memberships several times, spend time with machines and quickly lost interest and cancelled my membership soon. This was pretty much my routine. But last time, I was so determined to go for a personal trainer and luckly I get to meet a real master, now I am confident doing my workout either at home or at gym. One big thing I learned from Reggie is how not to do some of the exercises, I have been doing for years and leant set of new excercises which cover a whole body workout. End of the day I feel good about me and my body. If you are looking a great personal trainer, I highly recommend Reggie.
