Introduction: A multi-certified personal trainer. My focus for training is quality/results! Work with me locally at a private fully equipped gym in ATX. I have certifications in fitness nutrition, MMA conditioning, and am very versed in bodybuilding. No matter your goal I can get you there. I consider myself a body transformation specialist. I love to incorporate weights into most training regimens and am very experienced in strength/hypertrophy methods (muscle building/fat loss). I have been training clients for over 4 years. My training style is uniquely different for each individual client. It doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey - I'll help. Based on your specific goals, I create a training system that will help you achieve your goals in the most optimal way. I utilize high-intensity methods when needed. I can help you with your diet, motivation, workout form, and adherence!

Personal Training

I have trained with Jack for the past 5 months . in those 5 months he helped me cut off quarantine weight and keep it off. I wasn't motivated at the beginning but he really helped me get back into working out again. if you want someone who can really work with you on your pace . He is your guy . And btw he helped me cut off 30 lbs.

I got great results in a very short period of time while training with Jack. My goal was to gain muscle mass for football and I was able to put on 15 pounds of pure muscle within the first couple months of working with Jack. My weightlifting significantly improved in every area. The key was Jacks nutritional plan for my personal diet. I was able to improve my strength and size which resulted in a full body transformation. Jack has been very encouraging and educational during the entire process. I would definitely recommend Jack to a person who is trying to gain or lose weight and improve strength. Rehabilitation after an injury is also beneficial because I came off a gruesome shoulder blade fracture and Jack was able to make my shoulder strength better than it was before.

Working with Jack has completely changed my body and way of life. Not only has he helped me achieve my fitness goals, but he has also educated me in all aspects along the way. Before coming to Jack, I had not a single clue about lifting, correct form or tracking macros. He has been such a key part in my healthier lifestyle. I trusted him with meal and workout plans, and he's helped me gain muscle and shape my body how Ive always wanted to (but didnt know how before), and also lose fat. So grateful for all Ive gotten from training with Jack and I cant wait to see even more results with continued training.

I had an awesome experience working with Jack. He is one of the hardest working and most knowledgeable trainers I have trained with. He knows how to motivate you and knows push you to your full potential. He's also one of the nicest and sincere guys I know.When I started with Jack I was 182lbs and 15% body fat. After 2 months of working out and utilizing Jack's custom diet plan, I had dropped down to 162lbs and 7% body fat. Thanks to jack I was able to get to my goal weight in almost no time at all and feel amazing and have so much more energy throughout the day. I would highly highly recommend Jack if you are looking to change your lifestyle and become healthy, happy and successful or just need someone to push you harder in the gym. (It does require effort and hard work on your end but it's totally worth it!!!!!!)

Having a father as a head coach and playing baseball at a very competitive level, I have had my fair share of coaches & trainers. Hands down, Jack has been my favorite. Not only has he given me the results I wanted, but his knowledge, insight, and advice really helped me achieve my goals. Still having complications from a previous injury and having another surgery to re-correct it, Jack was able to work a plan with me that allowed me to still work out while recovering. Highly recommend Jack!!!

    My pricing varies between $70-80 per session and is discounted based on package/session commitment.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    For new clients, I spent extra time with during the first session working on goal setting, medical history, and current statistics. We find a time to meet together at the gym, then do the initial consultation followed by a workout if preferred!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been training clients for over 3 years and have been working out myself for over 10 years now. I am a NASM certified trainer with speciality certifications in fitness nutrition and MMA conditioning.
